I’ve started planning out my baking schedule so I can make sure to have all of my favourite vegan Christmas cookies ready to make the perfect platter!
These vegan Christmas cookies and treats all store great in the freezer. Bake one every few days, put them in the freezer and then at Christmas parties, you can bring a few of each and show off some vegan deliciousness! These are some of my favourite vegan Christmas cookies and treats I always bake around the holidays – tested by many non-vegan friends and family!

After the cookie cooled I dipped them in melted dark chocolate chips with peppermint extract and topped with candy canes. Perfect for that little Christmas cookie vibe.
Recipe: I subbed almond butter for sunflower seed butter, and used coconut sugar + maple syrup instead of white/brown sugar
