My newest dressing phase: Vegan Miso Turmeric Hummus Dressing! I have been making a big batch of this when I make hummus and using it as salad dressing all week. In this case, the more dressing you use the healthier you are and the more protein you get! I love using it on kale to make creamy and hearty salads!

Flavourful and tangy dressing made of hummus!
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- ¼ cup hummus (homemade or store bought)
- 2 tsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or regular mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth. Add water to achieve desired consistency. (less work)
- OR
- Mix miso paste with hot water until blended/dissolved. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. (less dishes)
