- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup light coconut milk
- ¼ cup unflavoured soy or almond milk (sub water)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- To serve:
- Berries, banana or other fruit, granola, hemp seeds, shredded coconut
- Stir all ingredients except for toppings together in a small container. Refrigerate overnight.
- Before eating, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
