ingredients, 10 minutes, super delicious homemade chocolate.
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter*
  • Topping Options:
  • Almonds, Cashews
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Walnuts, Pecans, Hazelnuts
  • Craisins / Raisins
  • Goji Berries
  • Coconut
  • Cacao nibs
  • Frozen Raspberries
  • Orange juice + zest
  • Peppermint extract
  • Peanut butter (or nut butter)
  • Puffed rice or quinoa
  1. First melt the coconut oil, maple syrup and almond butter in the microwave or a small pot. Be careful not to burn it.
  2. When the coconut oil is full melted stir in the cacao powder.
  3. Pour in to a container or a chocolate bar mould and add your desired toppings. See above for interesting flavour combos.
  4. Put in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes or until solid. Enjoy!
  5. Store in the freezer or fridge until serving.
* Feel free to sub any nut butter (or seed butter if you are nut free). Peanut butter will have a stronger flavour and make peanut butter-infused chocolate (but no complaints there).
