I hope to show that vegans don’t just live off celery and chia seeds, but rather an abundance of delicious and filling food. Additionally, I hope to de-bunk all the myths of veganism showing how easy and delicious it is to not only obtain all your nutrients from plants but THRIVE off them!
It’s my goal to make this blog accessible to people of all skill levels, income levels and ‘vegan-ness’. Whether you are a passionate pinterest-er that’s seen everything in the book, you’re trying to transition to a more plant-based lifestyle or simply want some yummy salad ideas to spice up your lunch time, this is the place for you. Overall I hope to encourage people to adopt a more plant based lifestyle.
I am definitely not a cook, but I think about food all day. I love experimenting with recipes, finding new ingredients, taking photos, and most of all eating. Every recipe on this blog has been tried and tried again to ensure perfection. Additionally, all recipes are vegan proof, meaning they are tasted, adored and even requested by vegans and non-vegans alike.
