These vegan Christmas cookies and treats all store great in the freezer. Bake one every few days and freeze. Then at Christmas parties you can bring a few of each and show off some vegan deliciousness! These are some of my favourite vegan Christmas cookies and treats I always bake around the holidays – tested by many non-vegan friends and family!

Vegan Christmas Cookies & Chocolates
Can’t go wrong with chocolate chip, my personal fav!
I reallllyyy love these cookies and make them every holiday season – they are very well received too!
(I subbed vegan butter for coconut oil, and coconut sugar for cane sugar)
Double Chocolate Peppermint Cookies – Oh She Glows
After the cookie cooled I dipped them in melted dark chocolate chips with peppermint extract and topped with candy canes.
Recipe: I subbed almond butter for sunflower seed butter, and used coconut sugar + maple syrup instead of white/brown sugar
Gluten-Free Ginger Bread – Minimalist Baker
I subbed brown sugar for coconut and would add more ginger! Perhaps about 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 cinnamon.
(These do not freeze and defrost as well – I would make closer to the day you are serving)
Gluten Free Sugar Cookies – Simply Quinoa
Cardamom Peanut Butter Caramel Thumbprints – The First Mess
I haven’t tried these yet but they sound absolutely delicious!
