Matcha Overnight Oats

  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup unflavoured soy or almond milk (sub water)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • To serve:
  • Berries, banana or other fruit, granola, hemp seeds, shredded coconut
  1. Stir all ingredients except for toppings together in a small container. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Before eating, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
